A foundation for our heroes

My journey in serving others began in 2004 as a First Responder, answering the call to help individuals and families during some of life's most challenging moments. In 2005, I earned my Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification, building a strong foundation in emergency medicine, patient care, and crisis intervention. Driven by a commitment to continual growth and service, I completed my Paramedic certification in 2015, expanding my ability to provide advanced life support and critical care in high-pressure environments.

In 2015, I also became an American Heart Association CPR Instructor, allowing me to educate and empower others with lifesaving skills. Teaching CPR and emergency response has reinforced my passion for serving my community and helping others gain the confidence to act when it matters most.

With more than two decades of experience in emergency services, healthcare, and public safety, I have witnessed firsthand the impact that trauma, chronic stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout can have on first responders, healthcare professionals, and their families. These experiences have shaped my passion for helping others navigate life's challenges with resilience, faith, and hope.

Today, as a Faith-Based Mental Health Coach, my mission is to support first responders, healthcare professionals, and their families through the emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges that often accompany careers of service. Drawing from my professional experience, personal understanding, and Christian faith, I provide encouragement, practical tools, and compassionate guidance to help individuals work through burnout, trauma, critical incident stress, grief, and life transitions.

I believe healing involves caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can process their experiences, strengthen their resilience, restore balance, and reconnect with hope and purpose.

Whether you are carrying the weight of repeated exposure to trauma, experiencing burnout, supporting a loved one in public service, or seeking reassurance during a difficult season of life, you do not have to walk that journey alone. Through faith-centered coaching, practical support, and genuine understanding, I am committed to helping others find renewed strength, healing, and hope.

"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2
