Our calling

Firm Foundation Mental Health Coaching was placed on our heart by God, seeing a deep, pressing need for support among individuals, first responders, and families navigating immense pressures. First responders bravely face trauma and high-stress daily, and their families bear the ripple effects. Yet, this need extends to all who carry invisible burdens, balancing life, faith, and expectations without pause. We are strong on the outside but quietly struggling on the inside. God placed a conviction for me to create a safe, faith-centered environment where you can rebuild, strengthen, and thrive. Firm Foundation isn’t just about managing stress; it’s about building stability rooted in identity, faith, resilience, and emotional health that can withstand life’s storms. This is the heart of Firm Foundation: helping you create a "house on the rock".
